Project Overview
Runaz is a web-based service marketplace that connects people who need quick services (requesters) with trusted local service providers (runners). The platform enables service requests, secure transactions, and job fulfillment in a simple and reliable flow.
I designed, developed, and launched the original version of Runaz end-to-end. The current version is a complete re-build — driven by improved engineering practices, cleaner UX, and long-term scalability.

Why the Re-Launch
The first version of Runaz validated the idea and user demand. However, as my technical experience grew, I identified opportunities to significantly improve performance, architecture, and user experience.
Instead of patching the existing system, I chose to rebuild the platform from scratch — applying better patterns, cleaner structure, and lessons learned from real production use.
Building in Public
The Runaz re-launch is being built in public. I actively document design decisions, development challenges, and system improvements throughout the rebuild.
This approach encourages transparency, community feedback, and real-world validation before the official launch.

Runaz is currently in active redevelopment. The goal is to deliver a more polished, production-ready service marketplace ahead of its official re-launch next year.
